We loved our stay at the Flirty Flamingo! The space was amazing with lots of flexibility for sleeping arrangements. The basement area was so nice to have. We appreciated that there was very little clutter as we traveled with three kids and did not have to worry about them getting into decorations or knickknacks. The walk to the beach was super easy - the beach cart was hugely helpful for that. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We would love to return next time we visit Swifts Beach!

Great place!! It was perfect for what we needed and easy to find. If we came back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.
I would note that the stairs to the basement are pretty steep. So if you have anyone in your party that that would affect to be aware. But it would not stop us from booking again.

The Flirty Flamingo was the perfect spot for our girls trip! It says it fits 10 people and comfortably fit all 5 of us, we each got a bed without sharing. The beach was a walkable distant and we had the beach pass to use for our vehicle which was perfect!

We loved the Flirty Flamingo. Only a one night stop on our road trip along the east coast, but enjoyed the little time we had at this cute little cottage. Very nicely furnished and loved having the fireplace. Clean, everything we needed for the night! The hosts were very responsive and timely with information.

Had a wonderful stay at the flirty flamingo. The house is set up very nicely for our traveling 4.5 some. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything needed to cook, make coffee, or hang with our family.
The unit was very clean and the hosts were lovely to work with. Would stay again.

Gorgeous property, cute little deck out back for hanging out too! The only slight issue is that the road to get in is a little rough on a vehicle but that’s not something the hosts can control. Otherwise everything was perfect, cozy comfy beds, really amazing kitchen. We only needed to stay the one night but I would 100% stay again and again if needed!

The cottage was perfect for our out-of-town family to gather for a night. Wish we were staying longer but I was happy to find the Flirty Flamingo could accommodate us in fine fashion.
I will definitely check out the “Flamingo” on my next trip.

We loved this beachside community just outside of Cape Cod. Great playground and beach. The house was wonderfully clean, fresh and inviting in and out. 6 adults and 2 grand babies were very well accommodated. Wish we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed and more we wanted to enjoy. 30 minutes to Falmouth, Cape Cod and the fabulous Shining Sea bikeway; a 10 mile one way trail along cranberry bogs, marshes, the ocean ending in Wood's Hole. The aquarium and shops are fun to explore there. We loved our stay at Mike Mike Joe and Kevin's. They were great at communicating and check in and out was seamless.

Magnifique maison de plage dans un quartier calme et paisible.
Proche d’un supermarché à 5 min et d’une station essence.
La plage est à 2 min en voiture
La déco est magnifique et la maison est très bien équipée
La terrasse extérieure avec bbq et brasero et salon de jardin est un gros atout très agréable
L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner ( 1h de Newport RI , 30 min de Plymouth et sandwich , 1h30 de Provincetown , 1h15 de Boston bref c’est super
Le logement est pour 8 adultes, ce qui est super ( mais il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bain/WC; pour certains cela peut être un peu juste)
Les hôtes sont super réactifs

We had a great short stay. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so slightly challenging to find at night because there's not much light. the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. They were fine for us to leave the cars on the driveway two hours past the check out. we ended up leaving on time but really appreciateed their flexibility.
